This online store functioning on the website redwoodcarving.com is an initiative of the Redwood Carving Studio based in Bydgoszcz, Żeromskiego 7 Street. The company has been registered in the Central Business Activity Register and Information System (a Polish register of companies). II. Accepting and processing orders

1. The online store sells merchandise by means of the Internet. Information regarding the merchandise on sale is available on this website: http://shop.redwoodcarving.com/pl/
2. Sales are based on long-distance contracts made via the Internet between the Customer and the Seller, that is Redwood Carving Studio.
3. The items displayed on the website are original handicrafts, and thus the merchandise may slightly vary in terms of shape, color, wood texture or chisel cuts.
4. Orders should be placed at http://shop.redwoodcarving.com/pl/.
5. After the Customer has placed an order, he or she will receive a confirmation email from the Seller at the address entered by the Customer.
6. If the Customer fails to pay for his o her order within 10 days, the reservation will be cancelled.
7. Merchandise that is in-stock will be sent to the Customer according to the shipping option defined in the order within 5 business days after the payment has been confirmed on the Store’s bank account. Special orders made at the request of Customers concerning merchandise that is not in-stock will be met no later than 30 days after the payment has been confirmed.The shipping date depends on the number of special handicraft orders already placed.

8. If the order placed by the Customer may not be fulfilled because the items in the order are currently out of stock, or if they are unavailable for any other reason, the Customer will be notified within a period of 5 days after the conclusion of the contract, and payment for the order will be returned. The Customer will receive a notifying email at the address he or she entered when making the contract.
9. The items will be delivered by means of Polish mail (Poczta Polska) or a courier company. The items are shipped by means of Polish mail at the request of the Customer.
10. The prices of items on the Redwood Carving Studio website are in the Polish currency and include VAT, but they do not include shipping prices or customs charges.
Shipping charges will vary depending on the shipping option chosen by the Customer, the order value, and dimensional weight. Shipping charges are to be found next to the particular shipping options presented to the Customer.
The total cost of the order, that is the price of the item(s) and shopping charges, will appear in the shopping basket before the Customer places an order.

VAT invoices are available on request.

11. The Seller reserves the right to change the price of merchandise, as well as to introduce, modify and call off sales and discounts. These rights do not affect prices of items in orders placed before any modifications to the price had been made or any discounts or sales had been introduced.

12. Purchased merchandise may also be shipped abroad.

III. Forms of payment

At present, the merchandise may be paid for in three ways:

IV. Complaints

1. Complaints about shipping damage will be dealt with only if one submits a protocol of complaint that had been filled out in the presence of an employee of delivery, that is the Polish mail - Poczta Polska, or the POCZTEX company, a courier company. The Customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise before accepting it.
2. Complaints about color discrepancies that result from differences in screen settings in the computer monitor of the Customer, as well as those resulting from the impossibility of creating identical copies of handmade merchandise, will not be dealt with and do not warrant the return of merchandise.
V. Copyright
1. All materials on the Redwood Carving Studio website, especially the texts, photographs, descriptions, layout, projects, and models of the merchandise, are the sole property of Redwood Carving Studio and are protected by law in accordance with the Copyright and Related Rights Act of Feb 4, 1994 (Polish legal source: Dz. U. z 1994 r. Nr 24, poz. 83 z późn. zm.).
2. One may not copy, distribute, display publicly, e.g. via the Internet, texts and materials or any parts of the texts and materials from the online Redwood Carving Studio store without prior written consent given by Redwood Carving Studio. Proceeding to copy, distribute, display the material publicly, etc., without such written permission from the Company is an infringement of author’s rights and as a result - legal action will be taken.
